This consolidated report summarizes the insights gathered from four online capacity-building workshops held in Greece, Ukraine, Turkey, and Bulgaria under the Horizon Europe-funded EXCELLENT project. Designed to better understand the challenges faced by innovation intermediaries, the workshops combined interactive tools (like Wooclap) with participant feedback to identify key barriers, priorities, and actionable recommendations for each national ecosystem.

Deliverable D33, ‘Impact Measurement and Monitoring’ of the ExcellEnt project, details a structured approach for assessing and evaluating the project’s impact. It focuses on tracking and measuring effectiveness against key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic objectives (SOs) related to entrepreneurial success, ecosystem diversity, and strengthening. The deliverable outlines four strategic objectives and five deliverable elements, each with specific KPIs for comprehensive impact assessment. It utilizes a structured tool for data collection and analysis, allowing for ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and adjustment of strategies to enhance the project’s impact and contribute to a robust European entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The objective of the deliverable is to outline the strategy for dissemination and communication activities carried out during the project. The D16 deliverable is structured in four sections addressing the different aspects that a communication plan may focus on. In the first section it covers the methodology, procedures, obligations regarding communication activities in the ExcellEnt project and the goals it pursues. The second part of the document depicts the communication strategy from the project to the external audience, target groups and the dissemination tools and channels used for accomplishing project purposes. Further the deliverable features internal communication procedures and stipulates rules for a correct use of external communication tools. The final section concerns the elements needed to evaluate and measure the results of the communication strategy.
